Double girder Shield gantry crane
1. Double girder shield gantry crane is mainly used for the installation of cutterhead and shield of underground non-excavation equipment shield machine, and the lifting of tunnel support segments during construction.
2. Using a special spreader, the spreader can be rotated 360 degrees, suitable for installation of different angles of the cutter head.
3. Adopting double-car structure, the two cars can be linked together, lifting the cutter head, or lifting the pipe piece separately.
4. Lifting adopts open gear transmission, which saves cost.
