A, the installation of the running track

I. Assemble the bowl, cross arm, screw, club and deck bolts and cotter pins. The screw is screwed into the club until the split pin can pass through the elongated hole of the club and through the hole of the screw to penetrate the split pin.

II. Install the flexible suspension device on the lifting rail according to the requirements of the plan.

III. Install the crane rail on the load-bearing steel structure through the flexible hanging device, adjust the flexible hanging device to make it vertical, and adjust the level of the track by adjusting the screwing depth of the screw and the club.

IV. The track segments are joined into a crane track by two bolts. Note: When installing, the track interface end should be free of misalignment. When the trolley pushes the joint, there should be no resistance; ensure that the bolt is tightened reliably and evenly. If the joint bolt is tightened at one end than the other end, the track will bend; the track will not be stressed when installed, as this will cause the track opening to narrow; when hanging several tracks, they must be in the same horizontal plane straight line.

V. After loading the crane running device, the hanging wire slider and the intermediate buffer into the rail, install the anti-collision limit end cover.

VI, built-in sliding line light duty track docking: first check whether the conductor interface at the interface corresponds, then insert the short end of the sliding wire connector into the conductor interface, and finally connect the tracks (note that the sliding lines should correspond one-to-one, no misalignment).

B. Installation of light duty flexible suspension crane

I. Fix the main sling device on the main beam of the crane according to the span of the crane.

II. Connect the main beam hanging device to the trolley or load bearing on the track. When the crane is placed at a right angle to the track, the main beam hanging device should be vertical.

III. Install trolley, hanging wire slider or electric drive, install intermediate buffer, install anti-collision limit end cover and rail end cable clamp.

IV. For the double main beam suspension crane, first connect the double main beam running trolley bracket with the manual trolley, and then install the triangular plate so that the two main beams are parallel and at right angles to the track.
C, hanging hoist

I. The installation position of the chain hoist ring must ensure that the hoist power wiring inlet is facing the power supply direction.

II. Connect the ring of the electric chain hoist with the manual trolley or the pin for carrying capacity.

D. Installation and wiring of light duty electrical equipment

First install the appliance control and crane switch box, and then route according to the wiring diagram. Note: Make sure that the flat cable does not twist along its length during installation. Tighten all nuts and bolts at the cable fixing points securely.
