● Check that the spring clamp is properly inserted into the suspension. The spring clamp must pass through the hole of the boom and the ball nut so that the fastener will not loosen.

● Check the fit of the pin connection. The notch of the spring pin must be outward, otherwise it will cause wear.

● The upper suspension of the suspension device and the hinge of the track clamp must be fully lubricated. A resin-free wear-resistant bearing grease should be used, and a lubricant containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is not allowed. The free movement of the hinge connection cannot be hindered, and the crane rail suspension, the main beam suspension and the electric hoist suspension must all adopt a flexible connection. ● When the load is suspended from the cantilever portion of the main beam of the crane, check if the other end of the main beam is lifted. Negative wheel pressure is not allowed on the trolley at either end of the main beam when the crane is working.

● The track hanging device should be exposed and there should be enough space around it for inspection and maintenance. Other items (such as ceilings, etc.) are not allowed to cover the hanging device.

● The color of the grounding protection wire should be yellow and green. The grounding protection wires are not allowed to be connected to the bolts used for the parts connection. The grounding connection is to be specially secured against loosening. The grounding protection conductor is not allowed to conduct the operating current.

● A power switch should be installed to control the on and off of the crane circuit. It should be able to cut off all phase lines of the crane electrical system. The switch position should be close to the crane and accessible to the operator.

● If multiple lifting devices are powered from the same power source, an isolation switch should be installed on each device. This isolating switch allows each device to be serviced separately without affecting the use of other devices.
