Classification and Characteristics of Electric Hydraulic Waste Grab
2019-11-26
The garbage grab has the following characteristics:

Work environment is bad: high temperature, humidity, dust, strong corrosiveness of gas;

Heavy workload: the average annual working time is about 8000 hours, the full load rate is high.

Frequent work; maintenance difficulties: poor working environment, garbage decay of a variety of harmful gases to increase the difficulty of work;
High reliability requirements: If the crane failures can not be remedied in time, it will affect the incinerator feed, resulting in the shutdown of refuse incinerator.

Classification of garbage grab

Main Classification

According to the types of grab, it can be divided into mechanical grab crane and hydraulic grab crane. Among them, the mechanical grab is a four-rope structure, and the grab force depends on the weight of the grab and the proportion of the grabbed material. Because the volume of garbage is lighter, compared with the hydraulic grab, the four-rope grab has smaller cutting volume, smaller grab force and lower grab full rate. Hydraulic grab is divided into two types: clamp type (two-petal grab teeth, also known as mussel type) and claw type (multi-petal grab teeth, also known as plum blossom type and lotus type). Among them, claw grab has been widely used because of its advantages of large cutting volume, large grabbing force, high grabbing rate and easy maintenance of hydraulic cylinder on the outside; its disadvantage is that when it falls on the inclined stack, it is easy to rotate and make the wire rope entangled with the cable. In addition, its cost is high and the price is expensive.
